    Katharsis

There once was a website called Katharsis. That word comes from ancient Greek. It means purging or cleansing.

The original Katharsis was started in 1987. It lasted for about 20 years.

The founder and owner, John Randall, turned over all content to me, Madeira Desouza.

I produced and operated a reimagined second coming of the site starting in January 2015. Unfortunately, the total number of visitors from 2015 to 2016 was disappointingly low.

The reimagined site named Katharsis.xxx could not be sustained as a business due to the very low audience participation. After one full year of operation, I had to shut down that site. But, here at Desouzavault.com you can explore many remnants of what once was.

The original target audience remained consistent: College-educated adult males—professionals around the world in the fields of the military, religion, medicine, law, education, and business. The unifying theme was an unbridled and joyful celebration of male victim fantasies.

The value of the relaunched Katharsis was that it provided the target audience with guilt-free therapeutic release of emotional or psychological and physical tensions through viewing of fantasy-oriented fiction and images online. How I depict highly masculine men here and elsewhere online directly descend from the themes that I observed on the original Katharsis site during the 1990s. But, the reality is low audience numbers show that there is no longer a need for the Katharsis site nowadays.

The fantasy situations depicted within all versions of Katharsis included a wide range from ancient Roman gladiators, Greek soldiers, human slavery, torture and castration, dismemberment, hangings, beheadings, prisoners of war, executions, revenge or thrill killings, to other extreme and highly controversial behaviors.

One visitor to Katharsis.xxx wrote: “Katharsis not only titillated gay men for whom executions and execution fantasies are erotic. It also let us know that we are not alone and that we are not mentally ill.”

Disclaimer: All the content presented here today is solely for fantasy purposes only. It is inaccurate for anyone to consider depictions here on these web pages as advocating uncivilized or unlawful behaviors.

    Behind My Commentary

Here is one of the main characters from my sequel named Baja Clavius: A Blood Moon Rising. This character’s name is Thomas Burke. He is the director of the top-secret time travel agency situated on the moon beneath the crater Clavius. The sequel follows my original illustrated novel known as Baja Clavius: Moon Men Deep Inside. Learn more at the Baja Clavius website where you can download everything there for free.

Main Character from Baja Clavius: A Blood Moon Rising

I portray Black men in my works on a consistent basis. I am white.

So, why do I depict Black men so favorably?

Take a look at what I recently posted—this commentary—about my choice to depict young, masculine men of various ethnic groups:

If you’re thinking “I prefer white guys” when you see the images of the Baja Clavius characters, your are incorrect in how you express yourself.

You can correctly say “I prefer Pepperoni pizza and dislike all the rest.” But, whenever you say I prefer white guys, you are expressing to the world one simple truth: YOU ARE BEING RACIST.

If you do not prefer to read queer sci-fi stories or view images of gay male characters who are other than all-white, I am asking you to leave right now.

I choose diversity and inclusion. This means I do not hang out with people who are racists or who exhibit racist behaviors or speech.

If you want to help me get others to see the work that I do, I asks you to share word of my work online in your own words with other men who are like you.Thank you so much.

    Masculine and Submissive

Masculine and Submissive:  We easily tend to think that a masculine man automatically is going to be a dominant sex partner. But, this is just another worn-out gay stereotype. A man who has big hands and feet, a very generous endowment, and muscles is a joy to see. Yet, none of these traits may necessarily mean that he wants to dominate another man sexually. Sometimes a masculine man may just want to let others do what they want with him in bed. Just because he need that and it gets him off sexually. This can be very exciting for all concerned, or, deadly. [Initially posted online in January 2018.]

Whatcha Gonna Do With a Cowboy?

The classic 1992 Chris LeDoux song asks the musical question: whatcha gonna do with a cowboy? I feel qualified to provide one answer. Sp, here we go…

My job is to create custom built masculine men. Fictional characters, that is. Not real human beings. They exist for a gay adult male audience. Somebody’s got to do it. That’s why I created this big cowboy.

    Big Cowboy

His main traits are impressive—large hands, fingers and feet, plenty of muscles, well-endowed, and haunting eyes. Plus, he is just simply one unforgettable big guy.

Let’s imagine that immediately after I created this cowboy, I wanted to take him for a test drive in my sun-drenched Las Vegas artist’s studio.

    Test driving the cowboy

This Mojave Desert location of mine that I created is always warm and bright no matter what the season may be. But, the cowboy is scorching hot. He rides me from behind. My legs wrap down so my feet hold onto his bulging calves and there is no need for me to touch the floor. Feels like flying. Turns out that the cowboy loves to fuck and it shows.

I make the decision to expand my cowboy test drive. This is because I’m sure what it takes to satisfy a big cowboy like him is a lot of attention from more than one man in bed at the same time. Oh, and plenty of suction, too, is absolutely what he will want. I am obliged to provide it for him. Like I get nothing out of doing so?

He needs more than one man

When this big cowboy is ready to fuck, I’m convinced that more than one man at the same time is standard for him. So, I make it happen.

    Group action

He demonstrates boundless energy and stamina. Other men fade, but not this big cowboy.

    Boundless energy

I need to get to the shower for a whole lotta cleaning up after all this cowboy interaction. So, I leave him pounding the other guy—some young and strong buck full of cum and less likely than me to develop stress fractures in the heat of the action. The big cowboy is unrelenting in fucking him until they both reach the point of unconsciousness.

    Point of unconsciousness

You may wonder: Who cleans up after all this? Of course, I do. Everyone and everything needs to be cleaned up. All those places on a man’s body need fluids and whatever flushed out. Sometimes, it’s quite a chore. I’m in charge, so I accept this responsibility. I suppose I could pay someone to do it, but the idea of someone else having to do this clean-up seems unsavory to me somehow.

The big cowboy has his own proper place at the end of the day. He goes into a box. It’s a big high-tech plexiglass box where he charges up all systems for a few hours and his oil and fluids get changed while he’s reclined in there. I sometimes visit him during his down time and think about him.
